1. What is the SUPER-UNLI promo?

Globe SUPER-UNLI is an unlimited call and text offer. Now you can make unlimited calls and texts to any Globe or TM number for 5 days for P150. Unlimited calls do not include calls to other networks(Smart, Sun, Red), landline numbers, and IDD calls.

Promo runs from September 19 - October 18, 2009. (Per DTI NCR Permit No. 4858, Series of 2009). Promo is available nationwide.

2. Who can avail of the new Globe SUPER-UNLI promo?

This may be availed of by Globe prepaid, Globe Tattoo, and Globe postpaid subscribers only. If you are a TM subscriber, you can avail of TM ASTIGUNLI.

3. Is the service available nationwide?

Yes, registration is available anywhere in the country, and once registered, you can make unlimited calls and texts to any Globe or TM number anywhere in the country.

4. How do subscribers avail of the promo?

For prepaid subscribers - A minimum of P151 load is required for you to register to Globe SUPER-UNLI. Just text SUPER150 to 2824 to register and enjoy unlimited calling and texting for 5 days. For Unlimited calls, just change 0 to 238 at the start of the Globe / TM no. ur calling (eg 238917xxxxxxx).

You will receive a confirmation message to inform you that you have successfully registered to SUPER-UNLI.

Upon successful registration, P150 will automatically be deducted from prepaid subscriber's load. For postpaid subscribers, P150 will be charged on top of your G-Plan / G-Flex monthly plan.

5. Can I avail of the SUPER-UNLI promo through retailers via load?

No, you may not avail of the promo via Globe load retailers. You can only subscribe to the promo by texting SUPER150 to 2824.

6. After I register, how will I know if my Globe SUPER-UNLI is already active?

Within 1 hour from registration, you will receive a confirmation message from Globe which will let you know that you can start using Globe SUPER-UNLI.

7. Do I need to use a prefix (or number before the mobile number (e.g 23891xxxxxxxx) when calling using the SUPER-UNLI promo?

For pre-paid and postpaid subscribers, after the successful registration, you need to change the 0 at the start of the number you are calling to 238 to avail of the free or unlimited calls. (e.g 23891xxxxxxxx).

8. What will happen to my call if I use 238 prefix in calling a Globe or TM number but I am not registered to Globe Super-Unli?

For postpaid subscribers, calls using 238 prefix will be successfully connected but will be charged regular mobile rates depending on the subscription plan. However, for prepaid subscribers, calls using 238 prefix will not be connected. Prepaid subscribers must register first before using 238 prefix.

9. What will happen to my call if I don't use the 238 prefix in calling a Globe or TM number but I am registered to Globe Super-Unli?

While subscribed to Super-Unli and you call without using the 238 prefix, your calls to Globe and TM will be charged the regular rates (P6.50 per minute for prepaid / and applicable rates based on your plan for post-paid).

10. How do I avail of the unlimited texting?

Upon successful registration to Super-Unli, all SMS to Globe / TM within 5 days or 120 hours will be free of charge. To register for Super-Unli, text SUPER150 to 2824.

11. How much will I be charged if I made calls to other networks?

For prepaid subscribers, calls made to other networks still cost P7.50 per minute. For postpaid subscribers, it would depend on the rates of your particular plan.

12. How much will I be charged if I made texts to other networks?

For prepaid subscribers, texts to other networks still cost P1.00 per text. For postpaid subscribers, it would depend on the rates of your particular plan.

13. Can I avail of this promo while roaming?

The promo is only applicable to calls and texts made within the country and does not apply when you are using the international roaming service. All calls and texts made while roaming or outside the country will be charged the applicable roaming rates.

14. What will happen if subscriber is still in the Philippines and the roaming feature is still active?

Subscriber may register to SUPER-UNLI as long as he or she is within the Philippines and may enjoy the service as long as he or she is within the Philippines.

15. What will happen if the subscriber has an active SUPER-UNLI subscription, then activates their roaming?

Roaming activation will be successful even if a subscriber is subscribed to SUPER-UNLI.SUPER-UNLI will not be deactivated automatically after Roaming has been activated but the subscriber may not use the promo while Roaming. Roaming rates will supersede SUPER-UNLI Zero Rate when the roamer is outside the Philippines. SUPER- UNLI will be deactivated by Application Server as scheduled.

16. How much prepaid balance should I maintain in order to enjoy my SUPER-UNLI promo?

You only need to maintain P1 to enjoy Globe SUPER-UNLI.

17. When will my SUPER-UNLI subscription expire?

SUPER-UNLI subscription will expire after 5 days or 120 hours upon activation.

18. How can I check if my SUPER-UNLI subscription is still active?

To check if your SUPER-UNLI subscription is still active, just text SUPER<space>BAL to 2824 for FREE. You will receive a message confirming the status of your subscription and when it will expire.

19. What do I text if I want to know more about the promo?

Just text SUPER<space> HELP to 2824. This is free of charge.

20. What should I text if I want to unsubscribe from the promo?

Just text SUPER<space> OFF to 2824 for free. In case you unsubscribe from the service before your SUPER-UNLI subscription expires, Globe may no longer refund the registration fee that was charged to your account.

21. What will happen to my SUPER-UNLI subscription if I change my SIM or change my number?

Prepaid subscribers: Your SUPER-UNLI subscription will continue even if you change your SIM card as long as you retain your mobile number. If you change your SIM and number as well, your subscription to SUPER-UNLI will not be transferred thus, you will need to register again.

Postpaid subscribers: Any modification in your account will not deactivate your SUPER-UNLI subscription. Change of plan, SIM or change of number does not affect a postpaid subscriber's subscription to promos, thus your subscription to SUPER-UNLI will continue.

22. Can I avail of SUPER-UNLI while I'm subscribed to DUO service?

Yes, you can still register to Globe SUPER-UNLI while subscribed to DUO and enjoy the unlimited calls and text to any Globe or TM subscribers for 5 days.

23. What is the difference between SUPER-UNLI and U-CALL?

Globe U-Call allows you to make unlimited calls for P100 for 5 days and P30 for 1 day while SUPER-UNLI allows you to make unlimited calls and texts for 5 days, for P150. Also, U-Call is available only in selected areas while SUPER-UNLI is available nationwide.

24. Can I avail other promos while I am subscribed to SUPER-UNLI?

Yes, you can avail other Call promos like Tawag236, Sakto Calls, Duo and P10/3mins even if you're registered to Globe SUPER-UNLI but these calls will be charged on top of your SUPER-UNLI subscription depending on the promo rate. You just have to use the correct calling syntax for the promo you want to use. However while registered to SUPER-UNLI you cannot avail of UNYT CALLS and U-CALL promos.

While registered to SUPER-UNLI you may not avail of SMS promos such as Everybodytxt, Sulitxt and Unlitxt (all day, daytime and nighttime), and TEXTOTHERS but you may avail of Immortaltxt.

25. Can I register to SUPER-UNLI while my previous registration to other promos are still active?

You may register to SUPER-UNLI while you are registered to Duo. However if you have an active registration to U-CALL, Unlicalls Nyt, Everybodytxt, Sulitxt, Unlitxt, and Text Others, you may not register to SUPER-UNLI. You have to wait for your subscription to expire before you can register again.

26. Are local video calls part of SUPER-UNLI?

No, local video calls are not part of the unlimited calls when subscribed to SUPER-UNLI. Video calls will be charged the normal rate for Video Calls while subscribers are on SUPER-UNLI.

27. I still have free SMS in my account. What will happen to my FREE SMS once I subscribe to SUPER-UNLI?

For Prepaid subscribers subscribing to SUPER-UNLI, any FREE SMS in your account will be used should you text subscribers of OTHER NETWORKS. SUPER-UNLI will cover your Globe to Globe and Globe to TM text messages.

For Postpaid subscribers any FREE SMS from your plan will be consumed after the expiration of SUPER-UNLI.

28. I'm registered to Immortaltxt and then I register to SUPER-UNLI. Will my Immortaltxt be used up only after my SUPER-UNLI txts?

Yes, your texts from Immortaltxt will only be used after your SUPER-UNLI registration expires.
